Delivery:

Orders are processed and despatched within 48 hrs of order conformation on stock items.
We do not dispatch or deliver Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Delivery cost is based on order value (Ireland and UK only)

Order value £5.00 or under£3.50 £3.50 (Small items will be sent 1st class Royal Mail where acceptable)
Order value £5.01 to £20.00 £6.50
Order value £20.01 to £100.00 £13.50
Order value £100.01 to £200.00 £18.00
Order value £200.01 or over are sent free of charge

A surcharge will apply to the following areas

Scottish Highlands surcharge £12.00
Scottish Islands surcharge     £15.00
Isle of Man surcharge   £15.00

Orders for next day delivery are only available to customers in N. Ireland and Ireland if the order is placed before 12.00pm (at no extra charge).

The delivery service is an estimate only and may be subject to change depending on season or weather conditions. We are not responsible for the level of service provided by delivery companies. However we only work with reputable delivery service providers, and will endeavour to see that your order is delivered within a realistic timeframe.

If your order has not arrived or is late please email us here. Be sure to include your name and contact telephone number along with your Google order number and ID (you can find this in the conformation email from Google).

We aim to reply to your email within one business day (excluding bank holidays).

Returns:

If you wish to return your goods they must be in the original packaging, and still in new condition for exchange or refund.

You must contact us before returning any items to obtain your RMA number, any items returned without this number will not be refunded or exchanged.

You will need to include the reason for return, Invoice number and if you want an exchange or refund. You will not be refunded return postage cost.

You must advise us within 7 working days from invoice date. The customer is liable for the return shipping cost, we do not arrange collection for returned goods. The customer is also responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged on their return to us. We advise you to obtain a 'proof of posting', from your Post Office or Carrier when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged on return. Please make sure all relevant and matching paperwork are included with your return package.

VAT is charged at 17.5%
